This Privacy Policy explains how Magic Motion, LLC ("Magic Motion," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at magic-motion.ai, our Shopify application, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, and account credentials.

• Content you upload: product images and other material you submit for video generation ("Input Content").

• Communications: messages you send us for support or other inquiries.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe (direct path) and Shopify Managed Billing (Shopify path). These processors handle your payment-card details directly under their own privacy policies. We receive limited information such as transaction status and the last digits of a card — we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, and how you interact with the Service.

• Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. This may include analytics tools that help us measure traffic and usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.

3. How we use information

• To provide the Service — create your account, process your Input Content, generate and deliver your Output.

• To process payments and manage tokens through our payment processors.

• To provide support and respond to your requests.

• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your Output to market Magic Motion without your permission, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service or as required by law:

• Service providers: AI model providers, cloud hosting, and infrastructure vendors that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

• Payment processors: Stripe and Shopify, to complete transactions.

• Platform integrations: Shopify, where you use the Shopify path.

• Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Note on AI providers: your Input Content and prompts may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate your Output.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Your uploaded images (Input Content) and generated videos (Output) are kept until you delete them or close your account, so that you can access and re-download your videos. When you delete content or close your account, we remove the associated content from our active systems within 30 days, except for routine backups (which are overwritten on a regular cycle) and any records we are required to keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can access and update your account information in your account settings.

• You can delete your Input Content and Output, and you can request account deletion.

• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed here and in other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at magic-motion.ai with a new "Last updated" date.
